Losing money with Forex?
You probably have heard of a lot of people that become rich with Forex and maybe you read it on their website or in a book, but the truth is that almost 95% of all traders is not making money but losing money. They are losing money for several reasons but the most important ones are the fact that they are to inexperienced, don’t have the right personality to trade forex and last but not least, because you are trading against other people with more experience who do make a lot of money.
Lets rephrase this all together starting with having a lack of experience. I believe that most people are to impatient to practice for a year before they will start trading on the real money forex market. This is a big mistake because you should paper trade for at least a year in order to get a little bit of experience. If you take in to account that professional traders are doing this work for many years than 1 year of practice is the absolute minimum.
Although you might believe that every person could become a successful trader with enough experience this is not entirely true. Having the right personality is very important in forex online option trading because you will need discipline, patience and a lot of steel nerves. This is a very stressful job and if you are able to withstand it than you should never start with Forex in the first place.
The last reason I want to discuss is the fact that you are trading against other people. It is the largest marketplace in the world and you are buying and selling when there is a difference between ask and demand, the principles of trading. You as a small trader will not have any influence on market prices but the big companies do when they are trading with very large amounts. In this way they are able to point the market in a direction which will help a lot of people losing their money. That is why you need to be very experienced in o forex before you consider playing with the big fish.
But I know a lot of people are impatient and still want to try it out for themselves. If you want to try it out than you should consider applying for a forex bonus instead of depositing your own money. It is easier to lose free money instead of your own.
